These legal consultation packages are designed specifically for Film Proposals clients working on customizing purchased templates or contracts. If you have legal questions about customization or need help with next steps, these packages are for you. During the consultations with entertainment attorney Dori Zavala, you can ask any questions you'd like regarding your project and templates. (*Note: this is different from a standard creative consultation with Dori as it includes review of contracts and templates purchased from Film Proposals.)
Film Finance Legal Guidance (Basic)
- One 45 minute Zoom call with attorney to ask any questions relating to their film project or templates purchased from Film Proposals. Designed for individuals who are pre-PPM or accepting investments. If you have questions on a PPM, please choose one of our PPM Review Services below.
Film Finance Legal Guidance (Advanced)
- Includes two 45 minute Zoom calls, one Basic call, and another 45 minute follow up call after applying the advice from the Basic call.
Film Finance Legal Guidance (Full-Service)
- Includes everything in Basic and Advanced, plus Dori is available for any an all related legal questions (unlimited email and up to 4 one-hour calls) until you are ready to start on the PPM.
Private Placement Memorandum (PPM Review)
