Fee: The flat fee includes the services described as well as a reserved spot for the attorney’s time during the term of service and is considered non-refundable and earned upon receipt. 

Document Drafting Services NOT Included in the Fee. If you are interested in contract drafting services, your drafting needs and the agreement(s) details can be discussed and a separate quote can be provided. 

Missed Meetings: You will have a 15-minute grace period to log into your meeting. After 15 minutes, the meeting will be canceled. Contact [email protected] to reschedule. You will be allowed one opportunity to reschedule.

Zoom: Consultations occur via Zoom or phone call and are not an in-person consultation. You have the option to participate by video or phone call. The video or phone call link will be sent via emailed calendar invite upon scheduling. At the time of your meeting, use the "Join with Zoom" within the invitation to connect to the video meeting or "Join by Phone" to dial into the phone call.

All actions recommended by the attorney are based on careful legal analysis, however, Zavala Law Offices, LLC cannot guarantee the outcome of any action taken. 

If any dispute arises related to this services agreement, the parties agree to resolve the dispute via arbitration in Maricopa County, State of Arizona. 

In some circumstances, Dori may be available for engagements on matters beyond the initial package purchased.
