PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY BEFORE SCHEDULING:

  • Fee: The consultation fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • NOT Contract Review: Detailed, redlined contract review services are NOT included in the Basic and Advanced consultations. Dori is familiar with Film Proposals contracts and templates and can answer any questions you have about customizing these for your unique project.
  • Document Drafting Services NOT Included in the Fee: If you are interested in contract drafting services, the consultation will allow you to discuss your drafting needs and the agreement(s) details. The fees for each agreement will be assessed and emailed to you at the conclusion of your consultation.
  • Missed Meetings: You will have a 15-minute grace period to log into your meeting. After 15 minutes, the meeting will be canceled. Contact [email protected] to reschedule. You will be allowed one opportunity to reschedule.
  • Zoom: Consultations occur via Zoom. You have the option to participate by video or phone call. The video or phone call link will be sent via emailed calendar invite upon scheduling. At the time of your meeting, use the "Join with Zoom" within the invitation to connect to the video meeting or "Join by Phone" to dial into the phone call.
  • Not an In-Office Meeting: This will be a virtual online strategy session and not an in-person consultation.
  • Not an Attorney-Client Relationship: While all information shared during the consultation is confidential, the purchase of this session does not create an ongoing attorney-client relationship and covers  the duration of this strategy session only. 

In some circumstances, Dori may be available for engagements on matters beyond the initial strategy session. Any additional legal services will require an engagement letter.
