PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY BEFORE SCHEDULING:

Fee: The fee paid is NON-REFUNDABLE once the firm has confirmed that the contract has been received and the review is started.
Comprehensive Red-Lining of the Contract Not Included: The contract review includes the preparation of a “client-side” contract mark-up with comments regarding potential issues and points for negotiation. It is not a formal “red-line” of the contract. If a formal red-line is needed after the review, this service can be provided for an additional fee.

Document Drafting Services NOT Included in the Fee. If you are interested in contract drafting services, we can discuss this during the contract review call. The fees for each agreement will be assessed and emailed to you at the conclusion of your consultation.
The firm’s flat rate contract review includes:
- review of the contract;
- preparation of a “client-side” contract markup or comment memo of the identified issues;
- a final call of up to one hour to provide an overall impression of the contract and answer remaining questions.
Suggested revised contract language for short clauses will sometimes be provided in the “client-side” mark-up and comments or during the final discussion.

Once Dori has reviewed your contract and followed up with you regarding any questions, you will be scheduled for a phone call to discuss.

Zoom: Consultations occur via Zoom. You have the option to participate by video or phone call. The video or phone call link will be sent via emailed calendar invite upon scheduling. At the time of your meeting, use the "Join with Zoom" within the invitation to connect to the video meeting or "Join by Phone" to dial into the phone call.

Not an In-Office Meeting: This will be a virtual online strategy session and not an in-person consultation.
Not an Ongoing Attorney-Client Relationship: While all information shared during the contract review and consultation is confidential, the purchase of this review does not create an ongoing attorney-client relationship and covers the contract review and follow-up review call only.
*“Page” means a standard 8-1/2″ x 11″ sheet with 1″ margins all around, standard spacing, and 10-12 point type size. A page with larger sheets, smaller typefaces, or double-column composition may count as multiple pages. Please note that the flat fee review does not include a charge for pages with signature blocks only. The amount paid at booking may change based on our page calculations. In that case, we will email you to advise.

Turnaround time for initial contract review is typically 3-5 business days from paying the review fee, but may be more during busy periods or for longer contracts. Expedited review may be available upon request and availability for an additional fee. Contact us for expedite requests.

In some circumstances, Dori may be available for engagements on matters beyond the contract review. Any additional legal services will require an additional quote and engagement letter.
